Momin Ali Mridha is the first model in Fine Arts sector in Bangladesh. He is known as ‘Dadu (grandpa)’ in the Fine Arts department, University of Dhaka area. Photo-Artist Shahadat Parvez has been taking photographs of this century old model from different angle. With 70 selected photographs Oitijjhya publisher has published a bilingual photo album titled The tireless traveler from Bangladesh (Shotoborsher Pothik).

Eminent educationist Dr. Anisuzzaman, artist Mustafa Monowar and artist Rafiqun Nabi will unwrap the photo album The tireless traveler from Bangladesh on Tuesday, June 5, at 5:00 pm at the auditorium of Dhaka Art Center. Mir Nawbut Ali, head of Marketing of airtel bangladesh ltd, will also be present at the occasion.

Some artworks of Dadu will also be exhibited in the four-day long exhibition to be held at gallery 1 and 2 along with selected 20 photographs of Shahadat Parvez. Labu Miah, friend of Momin Ali Mridha for last five decades, will play flute to inaugurate the exhibition.
