Born: 2nd November 1963, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Education Dilruba Latif had majored in Oriental Art and minored in Painting. She completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1985 from the Institute of Fine Arts and Crafts, Dhaka University, Dhaka. She resided in Norway and America for 4 years & practiced art there. She joined SPECTRUM Int. School after coming back from abroad. She is working as a designer in Bangladesh Television (BTV) since 1998. Award 1983 : Class Best Award, Oriental Art.
